Hlubik Farms is a 3rd generation 120-acre fruit, vegetable, beef and hay farm with over 80 years of local family farming experience. Famous for our sweet corn and other vegetable crops!
The farm stand also sells delicious desserts and savory treats from our on-site bakery - The Farmer's Daughter.
Grass-fed beef lots are periodically available for purchase throughout the year.

Beef Lots are available on a limited basis. When lots become available they will be posted in our online store.
-25 lb Beef Lot: Mixture of roughly half ground beef (10-12 pounds) and a mix of 2-3 steaks (rib-eye, porterhouse, sirloin) and 2-3 roasts, beef cubes, and chip steak.
-50 lb Beef Lot: 20-25 pounds of ground beef. A mix of 7-8 steaks (rib-eye, porterhouse, sirloin), 3-4 roasts (3-4 pounds each), beef cubes, chip steak, and possibly a brisket or a corned beef.
