Pasture-raised, grass-fed, hormone-free, grass-finished beef. Lots contain between 20-25 pounds of ground beef. A mix of 7-8 steaks (rib-eye, porterhouse, sirloin), 3-4 roasts (at 3-4 pounds each), beef cubes, chip steak, and possibly a brisket or a corned beef. We also have soup bones and soup meat, which can be added for no extra charge. You can order extra ground beef for an extra charge. Make your selections for preferences and we will do our best to accommodate them.
